Yes, I send a mock up (not the actual card image) for you to carefully view and let me know if there are any corrections needed. You will get two mock ups, $2.00 each add on. It is your responsibility to check the fonts so they are the way you want them. Please keep in mind the mock up is just that, it is not the actual card you will receive. There are a few adjustments that are minor but usually needed before I can print and cut your products to make them as perfect as possible for you.
If your order is deliver with a incorrect font or spelling, please go back and look at the mock up you approved. I will only take responsibility for mistakes I make and will be more then happy to re-send the correct order. Please LOOK OVER THE MOCK UP!

Yes, your logo can be added as long as it is clear of copyrights and it is yours. Please make sure you have checked it by reducing it to at least 1.5 inches and taking a print of it before you send it to me. Your logo may be beautiful and clear at 3x2 inches but at 1x2 inches it may not be readable to your customers. Please check it before you send it or it will be used as is.

I do not make any changes to your logo, that is up to you or your designer.

Yes, you can request my color chart or you can go to :

and choose the color you like. Send me the R,G and B numbers to the right. Keep in mind monitors are different and slight color changes may occur. One color per order please. NO PRINTING ON BLACK. Colors on darker papers will change the color of the ink.

If you have a specific font you want me to use I can download it if it is FREE to the public. It cannot say "for personal use only" I will not be able to use it.

Normally 5 to 7 business days, sometimes sooner. If you reply to my convos your order gets shipped faster. Not replying can hold up your order. I do not do "ship quick orders". I do not put one customer in front of another. If there is a gap then your order may go through
faster.

I ship USPS First Class and Priority Mail. If the Post Office says your order was delivered to your address I cannot take responsibility for it. Call your local post office and see what they can do to locate it.
Priority mail comes with insurance so if it does get lost it is protected through the Post Office.
You will receive a tracking number with your order. I suggest you keep track of every order each day so you will know the day it will be delivered.

Yes, if you are looking for a special design cut for a card or tag I can make it (within reason). There is a charge of $10.00 and all rights to the design become my property.
I do not do personal shopping for you from my shop. You must order the item you need then send over your logo (etsy convos). Some cards or tags have graphics on them and the graphics can be removed and your logo placed on the card in place of any design.
I have had request for different cards without a size paper quantity or information, again please order the items listed in my shop. I do not shop for you. But I can alter the cards for you if needed.
